About this manual
This Operator Instruction Manual is designed to assist you in operating and maintaining the BioDryer, an industrial dryer specifically engineered for drying biosolids. We strongly recommend that operators invest time in reading this manual thoroughly. While certain tasks may necessitate the intervention of specifically trained technicians, this manual outlines the tasks that can be safely and effectively performed by an operator.
It is critical to ensure that maintenance, adjustments, and repairs are conducted only by authorized personnel who have received the appropriate training. Adhering to regular maintenance schedules and using genuine parts for repairs will significantly extend the lifespan of your BioDryer. The manufacturer is not responsible for any issues or claims arising from incorrect installation, maintenance, or use, or from any alterations made to the product after the installation.
The BioDryer should be operated solely by authorized personnel to prevent improper use of the equipment.

Read and Retain Instructions

Bioforcetech is not liable for cases of material damage or personal injury caused by incorrect handling or non-compliance with the safety instructions. In such cases, the warranty will be voided
Nameplate
Each BioDryer unit is uniquely identified by a machinery number, found on a plate located on the front of the machine. This information is essential for ordering spare parts or when seeking service or warranty assistance.
Note that the position of the nameplate migh be different on your BioDryer
