Left and Right Configurations
The BioDryer comes in several configurations, each designed to meet different operational and spatial needs. It's important to note that the overall dimensions of the BioDryer remain consistent across all configurations, ensuring uniformity in size regardless of the specific setup chosen.
- Left Configuration: In this setup, the air skid unit is positioned on the left side of the BioDryer when facing the machine's vertical sign. This arrangement is ideal for facilities where this alignment optimizes workflow or fits specific spatial constraints.
- Right Configuration: In the Right configuration, the air skid unit is situated on the right side when facing the BioDryer's vertical sign. This configuration is a mirror image of the Left setup and is selected based on the specific layout and operational needs of the facility.

Additional customization options include
Safety Catwalk Positioning: The safety catwalk can be installed with the ladder either in the front or at the back of the BioDryer. This feature allows for safe and convenient access, tailored to the plant’s layout and safety protocols.
Loading Point Location: The inlet point for dewatered biosolids on the loading screw conveyor can be adjusted to various positions. This adaptability ensures the BioDryer can integrate efficiently with different plant layouts, aiding in material handling and process integration.
